THE SATCO SUPER 2009 CAST PARTY
WHAT & WHO: SATCO is sponsoring a 2009 SUPER CAST PARTY: A celebration for all theatre people who were involved in any of the SATCO Theatres’ 2009 productions: cast members, directors, assistant directors, producers, musical directors, choreographers, musicians, crews, props masters, stage managers, sound designers & tech(s), lighting designers & tech(s), set designers & building tech(s), costume designers & tech(s); programs; publicity, & helpers/volunteers!
WHEN: Sunday, January 10, 2010, 6-8 p.m.
WHERE: at OLLU (Our Lady Of The Lake University), Thiry Auditorium (ON THE STAGE!) Typical Cast Party Attire.

WHY: To celebrate the 2009 Theatre Season, remember the productions, enjoy each others’ company and to give recognition to all the people who helped create it!
COSTS:
(1) All 2009 SATCO members get in free! (but, as with any cast party, we are asking everyone who comes to bring a side dish to share. SATCO is providing the main dish, drinks, wine, etc.).
(2) Non-2009-SATCO member: $5
cover fee & please bring a side dish.
PLEASE NOTE: Cash & Checks only, please.
RSVP: Playbill@satheatre.com PLEASE let us know if you will be there, so we can determine the amount of food, drinks, wine, etc. that we need to prepare! The deadline to RSVP is January 3, 2010, but don't wait till the last minute! And when you RSVP, please let us know what side dish you're planning on bringing. Diana Brown will be organizing "the donated food menu", and will notify you if we already have enough of one food, with suggestions for something else.
This yearly event (in addition to being a lot of fun!!) will also be a great opportunity for 2009 members to renew their membership for 2010 (since our membership year runs January through December). Non-members are encouraged to join this important San Antonio Theatre organization (membership is only $25.00). Another perk for ALL 2010 members is their free entrance into next year’s 2010 SUPER CAST PARTY.
